Coach Rebel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Discord application and bot known as Coach Rebel (the "App"), including the Rebel XP system, community activities, role management, moderation tools and AI-assisted replies.

The App is operated by RIFM, s.r.o., with its registered office at Landererova 8, Bratislava - Staré Mesto 811 09, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 48 116 700, registered in the Commercial Register, Section Sro, Insert No. 166242/B ("RIFM", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms apply specifically to Coach Rebel. Purchases, simulated trading training programmes, the RF Client Zone, RF-Trader and other RebelsFunding services remain governed by the applicable RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions, current programme rules and any special promotion or competition rules.

1. Acceptance and applicable rules

By installing, authorising, accessing, using or interacting with the App, including through messages, commands, buttons, forms, reactions, polls, quizzes, role requests, Rebel XP features or community competitions, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the App.

You must also comply with the rules of the relevant Discord server, the Discord Terms of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines, Discord developer and platform requirements where applicable, and all laws that apply to You.

These Terms are an agreement between You and RIFM. They do not replace, modify or override Discord's terms or policies. If You install or authorise the App for a server, You confirm that You have authority to do so and will grant only the permissions reasonably required for the selected functions.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord in Your country. If You meet Discord's minimum age but are not legally able to accept these Terms independently, You may use the App only with the permission of Your parent or legal guardian.

Promotional codes that provide a discount or access to a RebelsFunding simulated trading training programme may be used only by persons who satisfy the eligibility requirements of the RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions. These services are intended only for persons aged at least 18 and may also be subject to jurisdiction, sanctions, identity, security, fraud-prevention and account-ownership checks.

Unless specific published rules expressly state otherwise, one natural person may participate in a Rebel XP season, reward programme or competition through only one Discord account. Bots, staff accounts, shared accounts and duplicate or controlled accounts may be excluded.

3. Purpose and functions of the App

Coach Rebel may provide functions such as:

community onboarding, welcome functions, role assignment and access management;
general information about RebelsFunding, RF-Trader, programmes, rules, education and community activities;
automated or AI-assisted educational and support replies;
polls, quizzes, games, price prediction activities and community challenges;
Rebel XP seasons, XP validation, levels, profiles, rankings, leaderboards and result announcements;
reward catalogues, promotional code claims and private reward history;
voluntary social tasks and proof review by authorised team members;
invite tracking and invite competitions where the relevant function is enabled and permitted;
server status, competition, economic calendar, news and informational updates;
anti-spam, anti-raid, security, moderation and administrative tools; and
other functions introduced or approved by us.

Individual functions may be available only on selected servers, channels or roles and may depend on administrator settings, Discord permissions and third-party services. The App does not give any user a permanent right to a particular function, response, role, reward, ranking or level of access.

Discord API data will be used only for the stated App functions and in a manner permitted by Discord. If Discord requires a function to be changed, separated from Discord data, reviewed or discontinued, we may take that action without delay.

4. Automated and AI-assisted replies

Some Coach Rebel replies are generated or assisted by automated systems and artificial intelligence. To understand a current request, the App may process the current message and limited recent conversation context from the same enabled channel.

Automated replies may be incomplete, delayed, outdated or incorrect. They are provided for general community, informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional advice, official customer support or a decision by an authorised RIFM representative.

Coach Rebel does not provide:

investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice;
trade signals, instructions to buy or sell, or guaranteed market predictions;
guarantees of profit, payout, account approval, KYC approval, refund or contractual cooperation; or
binding decisions concerning a specific purchase, RebelsFunding account, payment, payout, rule violation, suspension, refund or customer dispute.

The App does not execute trades, hold user funds or control an external financial account. For an official or account-specific matter, information communicated through the RF Client Zone, the user's registered email, the official RebelsFunding website or authorised human support takes precedence over an automated App reply.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, crypto wallet seed phrases, private keys, API keys, identity documents or other sensitive information through the App. Where an official form expressly requests limited information, provide only what is requested.

5. Rebel XP participation and nature of XP

Rebel XP is an optional community gamification, recognition and participation system. A user may join through the designated opt-in mechanism or, where clearly stated in the server onboarding and XP guide, by accepting the server rules, obtaining the required Rebel role and participating in designated XP channels or activities.

XP, levels, streaks, ranks and badges are internal community units. They are not money, electronic money, a deposit, an investment, a financial instrument, virtual currency, property or a transferable balance. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged or transferred between users.

Unless different rules are published before a season starts, every participant begins a new season with 0 XP. The standard season contains 100 levels and a maximum of 2,000,000 XP. It has no fixed time deadline and normally ends when the first eligible participant reaches Level 100. After the season ends, unlocked rewards remain claimable for five days. XP and unclaimed rewards do not transfer to another season.

An authorised administrator may start, pause, resume or end a season. A season may also be paused or ended because of a technical error, security incident, manipulation, Discord requirement, legal concern or other serious operational reason.

The official Rebel XP guide, reward catalogue, leaderboard panel and any season-specific announcement published in the designated Discord channels form part of the rules for the active season. They identify the current XP amounts, limits, qualifying actions, reward levels and claim procedure.

6. XP earning, validation and fair play

Depending on the active season, XP may be available for genuine community messages, meaningful trading analyses, community suggestions, eligible roles, polls, quizzes, price predictions, reactions to specified official posts, verified invitations, voluntary social tasks and other activities announced in advance.

Not every message, reaction or activity earns XP. The App may apply minimum content requirements, evidence requirements, cooldowns, daily action limits, daily XP limits, duplicate protection, similarity checks, role requirements and other anti-abuse controls.

Automated validation may record provisional XP. RIFM moderators or authorised team members may audit an activity, correct a technical result, review submitted proof and confirm eligibility for a ranking or promotional reward. Where a reward has material value, a separate human review or other eligibility check may be required before a code is issued.

We may add, remove or correct XP where an entry resulted from a technical error, duplicate processing, copied or artificial activity, false proof, multiple accounts, automation, collusion, an ineligible account or another breach of these Terms. A user may request human review of a material XP correction or reward decision.

Exact XP values, cooldowns and limits may differ between activities and seasons. Material changes will normally apply prospectively. We may apply a necessary correction to an active season where required to address an obvious error, abuse, security issue, legal obligation or Discord requirement.

7. Profiles, leaderboards and public results

The App may display a participant's Discord mention, username or display name, avatar, rank, level, total XP, progress, cosmetic achievement, unlocked reward name and final result in public Discord panels or announcements.

Public leaderboards may show the leading participants and final TOP 3. Unless the applicable rules specify another method, ties may be resolved by the time at which the final score was reached. Private promotional codes, proof links, internal fraud indicators, detailed moderation records and other non-public data will not be shown in a public leaderboard.

A participant may leave the optional XP system through the designated opt-out function or by contacting us. Future XP scoring and public leaderboard participation may then stop. This does not automatically invalidate a reward already validly claimed, unless it resulted from fraud, manipulation, ineligibility or a technical error.

8. Rewards and promotional codes

Rebel XP may unlock cosmetic Discord rewards, discounts or promotional codes providing free access to a specified RebelsFunding simulated trading training programme. These are promotional benefits only. They are not cash, a payout, live trading capital, a deposit, an investment product or a promise of RCF cooperation.

A code or account reward remains subject to the RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions, current programme rules and the eligibility requirements applicable when it is used. A reward does not guarantee KYC approval, purchase acceptance, account activation, successful completion of a programme, an RCF Account, an RCF reward or a payout.

A reward is claimable only after the required level or condition is reached and the App or an authorised reviewer confirms the claim. We may require a human fair-play, identity, age, jurisdiction, account-ownership or fraud-prevention review before issuing or activating a code.

Where a reward is described as guaranteed, it will remain available to every eligible participant who reached the required level and passed the applicable review, even if delivery is delayed while a code is replenished or checked. Where a reward is expressly stock-limited, the available quantity and allocation method will be stated in the published rules.

Promotional codes may be limited to one user, one use, one programme, one account size, a stated validity period and other published conditions. Codes may not be sold, transferred, combined, copied, shared publicly or exchanged for cash unless we expressly permit it.

Participation does not require a wager, stake, deposit or purchase unless specific lawful promotional rules expressly state otherwise. We may refuse, suspend or revoke an unclaimed or improperly obtained reward where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, false proof, multiple accounts, ineligibility, a material technical error or a breach of these Terms.

9. Invite tracking and Invite Competition

Where invite tracking is enabled, the App may use Discord invite data and member join events to identify an apparent inviter, record the invite and verify published conditions. A normal invite does not require the inviter to submit manual proof, but it remains subject to automated checks and moderator review.

Unless different rules are published before the relevant season, an invited Discord account must be at least 30 days old when it joins, the invited member must remain on the server for at least seven days and must hold the required Rebel role at verification. The inviter must remain eligible. Bots, self-invites, invalid inviters, staff accounts, purchased accounts, account farms and leave-and-rejoin activity do not count.

The first 200 verified invitations credited to one eligible participant in a season may receive the published invite XP. Later valid invitations may still be recorded or count in an active Invite Competition but may provide no additional invite XP.

When an Invite Competition is activated, new competition invitations are normally accepted for 14 days, followed by a seven-day final verification period. Each verified invitation counts as one competition point. Pending or rejected invitations do not count. If scores are equal, the participant who reached the final score earlier ranks higher.

The active Invite Competition rules panel will state the start, deadline, final verification date, current prizes, leaderboard and any additional conditions before participation. The Invite Competition is separate from the Rebel XP leaderboard and from any RebelsFunding simulated trading competition.

Artificially inflating server membership or engagement is prohibited. We may exclude suspicious invitations and participants, request additional review, cancel a result or withhold a prize where the integrity of the competition cannot be reasonably verified.

10. Social rewards and social tasks

Social rewards and social tasks are voluntary. They may involve opening an official RebelsFunding social profile, following or subscribing, commenting, sharing, reposting or completing another clearly described task.

A task may require the user to submit the user's own social username, profile link or proof URL. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, private messages, identity documents or personal data belonging to another person.

A submitted task may be sent to a restricted review channel and reviewed by authorised RIFM staff. The reviewer may approve it, reject it, request correction or revoke XP obtained through false, misleading, recycled or manipulated evidence. The App may send a directly related Discord notification about the result.

Use of an external social platform remains subject to that platform's terms and privacy rules. RIFM does not control the external platform's availability, moderation or account decisions.

11. Polls, quizzes, games and price predictions

Community polls, quizzes, games, price predictions and similar activities are intended for education, engagement and entertainment. Unless separate published rules state otherwise, participation is free and does not require a wager, stake, deposit or purchase.

Price predictions are community guesses only. They are not trade signals, investment recommendations or promises of future market performance, and the App does not place trades based on them.

The App may calculate scores, response times, ranks, winning options and differences automatically. We may correct, cancel, repeat or exclude an activity where there is a technical error, invalid entry, multiple voting, automation, collusion, manipulation or another reasonable integrity concern.

Any prize or reward is governed by the rules published for that activity and remains subject to eligibility and human review where required.

12. Roles, moderation, support and reports

The App may assign, remove or help administer Discord roles. A Discord role is a community and access-management feature only. It does not prove identity, create a customer contract, confirm eligibility for a paid service or create an entitlement to a payment, payout or RCF cooperation.

To protect the community, the App or authorised moderators may remove content, issue warnings, restrict functions, adjust XP, remove roles, apply a timeout, kick or ban users, or take another proportionate moderation action. Some technical steps may be automated, but a material dispute may be reviewed by an authorised person.

Users may report an App problem, suspected abuse, privacy concern or violation through the official RebelsFunding support contact shown below or through a designated report channel or command where available. We will review reports and take appropriate action.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use or attempt to use the App to:

break the law, Discord rules, server rules or the rights of another person;
harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or mislead another person;
send spam, malicious code, phishing content, harmful links or unlawful material;
obtain or expose tokens, credentials, private prompts, confidential data or security information;
bypass permissions, moderation, rate limits, XP limits, claim limits or technical restrictions;
scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the App or its infrastructure, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
farm XP through copied, repeated, meaningless, automated or artificially generated activity;
use multiple, shared, purchased, automated or controlled accounts to obtain XP, rankings, invitations or rewards;
manipulate polls, quizzes, predictions, reactions, rankings, roles, social tasks or competitions through automation, collusion or false evidence;
sell, transfer, publicly disclose or misuse a private promotional code;
submit personal data of another person without a lawful basis or appropriate permission; or
use App output as a guaranteed basis for a real financial, legal or trading decision.

14. User content

You retain any rights You have in content You submit through Discord. By submitting content to the App, You grant RIFM a limited, non-exclusive and royalty-free permission to access, process, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, validate, troubleshoot and moderate the App and provide the function You requested.

You are responsible for the content and proof You submit and must have the right to submit it. We may refuse to process or remove content that violates these Terms, Discord rules, server rules, third-party rights or applicable law.

15. Privacy and third-party services

Information about personal data processed by Coach Rebel, the purposes of processing, public displays, recipients, retention, security and user rights is provided in the Coach Rebel Privacy Policy.

The App operates through Discord and may rely on OpenAI, hosting, database, security and other technical providers. Their availability and independent processing are outside our full control, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

Coach Rebel is an independent application operated by RIFM. It is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Discord Inc.

16. Availability, changes, suspension and termination

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, a particular response time, compatibility with every server configuration or that every error will be corrected immediately.

We may add, change, restrict, pause, separate or discontinue a function where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, abuse prevention, product development, third-party requirements or other legitimate operational reasons. We may act immediately where Discord, law, security or the integrity of an activity requires it.

We are not required to preserve temporary sessions, unfinished activities, live panels or provisional results indefinitely. Validly claimed promotional codes remain subject to their stated conditions and the RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions.

We may restrict or terminate access to the App or Rebel XP where these Terms are violated, the App is abused, a security or legal risk arises, Discord requires action or continued access could harm users, the community, RIFM or a third party.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may opt out of optional Rebel XP processing through the available function or by contacting us. A server administrator may remove the App from a server, subject to the administrator's authority and Discord's functionality.

17. Intellectual property, disclaimers and liability

The App, its software, branding, design, official content and related intellectual property are owned by RIFM or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms, no ownership or licence is transferred to You.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its content are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or a specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIFM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on an automated reply, an XP or ranking error, participation in a community activity, an unavailable or expired promotional code, a Discord or third-party outage, unauthorised use of a Discord account or content submitted by another user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury where applicable.

18. Governing law, changes and final provisions

These Terms and related non-contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Slovak courts, without depriving a consumer of protection granted by mandatory laws applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, season structure, law, security requirements, third-party services or Discord rules. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be announced through the App or an official RebelsFunding Discord server.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If You do not agree with an update, stop using the App and optional features.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

The applicable agreement consists of these Terms, the Coach Rebel Privacy Policy, the relevant Discord rules, the official Rebel XP guide and season or competition rules, and, where a RebelsFunding service or promotional code is involved, the RebelsFunding General Terms and Conditions and programme rules. Mandatory Discord terms take precedence for use of Discord and Discord API data. Specific RebelsFunding service terms take precedence for that service.
